China Gezhouba Group Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (CGGC INVESTMENT for short) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC), as well as a major platform for the corporation’s investment operations both at home and abroad.  Established in January, 2014, CGGC INVESTMENT is a professional investment and operation company mainly engaged in water affairs, transportation and energy. It is also a major platform to carry out the strategic implementation guidance and promote the transformation, upgrading and leap-forward development of CGGC. Controlling a capital of about CNY 20 billion, it owns a net asset of CNY 5 billion.
